NCAA, which opened legalized sports wagering across the United States.
His gaming practice encompasses sports wagering compliance, market maker advisory, and prediction market structuring — including direct experience advising on Polymarket participant agreements and cryptocurrency wagering products. He has authored and taught continuing legal education coursework on sports wagering law, and advises operators navigating the intersection of state gaming statutes and federal commodity regulations.
Mr. Dubin also serves as trustee for multimillion dollar trusts and related fiduciary instruments, bringing the same precision and commercial judgment to estate administration that he applies across his transactional practice. His trusts and estates work spans trust governance, fiduciary compliance, and the management of complex multi-asset structures on behalf of high-net-worth families.
